Basta ter uma boa condi\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica e sentir vontade de caminhar e ter um \u00f3timo dia. Na primeira parte seguimos a trilha sinalizada para sudoeste enquanto sobe suavemente pela floresta de lengas, passando pela &#8216;Laguna de los Patos&#8217;. Fica um pouco mais \u00edngreme \u00e0 medida que sai da floresta e chega \u00e0 encosta aberta da montanha, a 1.600 m acima do n\u00edvel do mar. A partir daqui o ambiente muda para uma Estepe Alta Andina, uma interessante zona de transi\u00e7\u00e3o entre a floresta \u00famida andina e a estepe patag\u00f4nica, caracterizada por pequenos arbustos (sob neve no inverno), adaptados \u00e0s baixas temperaturas, ventos, solo rochoso e baixa pluviosidade . Continuamos seguindo os marcos e marcadores subindo o cume at\u00e9 o cume. Perto do cume os marcadores s\u00e3o um pouco indistintos, mas o caminho para o cume \u00e9 \u00f3bvio.
