There are many reasons to visit Bariloche: the beauty of unspoiled nature, horse riding<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0fishing<\/a><\/strong>, trekking & hiking<\/a><\/strong>, navigation<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0adventure<\/a><\/strong>, mountain biking<\/a><\/strong>, rafting<\/a><\/strong>, kayaking<\/a><\/strong>, canopy<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0snow and ski<\/a><\/strong>, etc.\u00a0 Bariloche fulfills the visitor\u2019s expectations, no matter which they are. Your days can be as peaceful as you wish, or as packed as you would like.<\/p>\n

The snow & ski can be enjoyed in\u00a0Cerro Catedral<\/a><\/strong>, the largest ski resort in South America, or in\u00a0Cerro Otto<\/a><\/strong>.

In Bariloche there are many different accommodation options to suit all needs and budgets: luxury hotels, lodges, hostels, apartments, cabins, youth hostels and camping<\/a><\/strong> sites. The hotels are ranked from 1 to 5 stars, while cabins, bungalows and apartments are ranked from 1 to 3 stars.
\nBe aware that the factors that are taken into consideration in hotel ratings, are not internationally standardized and, in general, the price range among same categorized hotels<\/a><\/strong> is varied.<\/p>\n

High season and low season<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This concept is closely related to the amount of tourists visiting Bariloche according to the time of the year. In any area that attracts a lot of tourists, high season is always more expensive, and you are sure to pay top prices. This is the time when prices shoot up and you’ll find little to no room for negotiation, especially in accommodation and rent a car. In the low season, rates on everything from lodging to adventure trips often drop for reasons that are based on demand, not intrinsic value.
\nThere is very little seasonal variation of rates in restaurants, services etc.<\/p>\n

The diversity of our country, of the weather and the airline weight limitation makes things even more difficult when packing is the issue
\nThe first thing you need to consider is what you will be doing when you get to your international destination, the climate of where you are travelling too and lastly – though not nearly as important – how long you will be away.
\nIf your plans are just getting around, enjoying the sceneries and seeing the country you travel to, you can wear casual, comfortable clothing.
\nNo matter the time of the year, the key when travelling to Patagonia is layer clothing, the idea is you can peal yourself (onion style). The wind in Patagonia is always cold and, even in summer, the nights are cool. Be prepared for temperatures from 45\u00baF to 75\u00baF (remember layer clothing\u2026)
\nComfortable shoes to walk long distances are mandatory and a good hat is always welcome.
